3. Subscription and Payment

4. Cancellation Policy

Custom websites and content created for clients remain the property of the respective clients, while the underlying systems and technology remain our property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radius Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our services, including but not limited to lead generation, revenue increases, or search engine rankings.

9. Advertising Services

For clients using our Rad Ads Agent or advertising services, you acknowledge that advertising results can vary based on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and ad platform policies. Ad spend is separate from our service fees and is paid directly to the advertising platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
